DELIVERY SERVICES When you order from us, we make every effort to deliver as per the terms set by our delivery partners (Hermes, Royalmail, DHL, DPD, FedEx). The delivery charge depends on factors like your order’s value, weight, delivery date, and time. If something’s missing from your order, reach out to us so we can make things right.
While we aim for a seamless experience, circumstances beyond our control (like delays from delivery partners, postal strikes, or bad weather) may affect delivery times offered by them.
We’re not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It’s your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and that someone’s available during the delivery slot. Please note, we can’t accept liability for missed deliveries of perishable goods alongside dry ones.
If you instruct us or our delivery partners to leave a delivery unattended at your address, we’re not liable for any issues arising during that time—whether it’s theft, tampering, contamination, or changes in temperature affecting chilled or frozen items.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY Sometimes, the products you order may be unavailable. If we can’t fulfill your entire order, we’ll do our best to substitute with the closest alternative.
PAYMENT We accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal, and Credit/Debit cards. If your payment is declined, we reserve the right to collect owed funds from unprocessed transactions. Failure to pay on time may lead to suspension or termination of your access to our service. You’re responsible for any fees or costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances.

For perishable items, like fresh produce, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for issues like damage or missing items. Complaints about perishables need to be addressed within 24 hours.
